WWE Raw viewership bounces back for first live show of 2019

WWE.com

This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw was guaranteed to go up in viewership after the past two weeks fell on both Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, respectively. Sure enough, after drawing just 1.97 million viewers last week, the show drew 2.32 million this week.

The hourly breakdown was back to its usual pattern:

Hour one: 2.60 million
Hour two: 2.29 million
Hour three: 2.07 million

This may not be representative of what we can expect going forward, considering they had extremely stiff competition in the form of college football’s National Championship game that saw Clemson steamroll Alabama. Said game drew over 24 million viewers on ESPN.

We’ll have a better idea of what to expect from the numbers next week.
