The debut episode of A Moment of Bliss with Alexa Bliss started out slowly and looked like it was going to crash before Sasha Banks came out and made the save.
Bliss’ talk show started out fine and then Ronda Rousey came out to give an awkward answer to a simple question. Rousey tried to tease out who she would like to face in 2019. The Raw women’s champion even named dropped Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair. Then Rousey brought up the name of Banks seemingly out of nowhere as who she wants to face the most.
After a strong showing in the first ever women’s Royal Rumble, Banks didn’t do much for the remainder of 2018. For Rousey to verbally blow off both Flair and Lynch felt strange.
Then Banks came out to the set of A Moment of Bliss and crushed it on the mic. First, Banks threw some shade towards the tail end of Rousey’s UFC career.

To top that bullet point, Banks simply put an interrupting Nia Jax in her place with a line that was delivered with raw emotion and power.

Damn.
Following Banks drop the mic moment, she was immediately placed into a number one contender's match versus Jax on Raw. The winner of Banks versus Jax would go on to face Rousey at the 2019 Royal Rumble.
The match itself was just okay, with Banks unable to drag a great match out of Jax tonight.

With a physical match coming to a close, Banks locked in a Banks statement and forced Jax to tap out in the middle of the ring for the win.
The 2019 Royal Rumble pay-per-view (PPV) takes place on Sun., Jan. 27, 2019, at Chase Field in Phoenix Arizona.
Ronda Rousey has her next challenger, does Sasha Banks have a chance to pull off the upset in three weeks?
