Although it wasn’t the main focus of the program, one of the talking points Ronda Rousey and Sasha Banks hit in the lead up to their match at Royal Rumble this past weekend was the ongoing tension between the two squads that identify as the Four Horsewomen. Rousey beat Banks at the Rumble, then turned around and beat Bayley on Monday Night Raw this week. She already has a win over Charlotte, from last year, and is now about to wrestle Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 35.
She made sure to point this out on Instagram:
For its part, WWE is in on teasing out the inevitable match:

Said match may not be happening anytime soon, however, as Dave Meltzer mentioned on Wrestling Observer Radio today that there are no plans for it to happen within the next few months. And if Rousey takes some time off after WrestleMania, we may still be quite a ways away from actually paying off all these teases.
Then again, the fact that they’re putting in the time now ensures whenever they do go to it later, the payoff will be worth it. There’s no need to rush, after all, as Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke learn and grow down in NXT.
