Cathy Kelley stays breaking news today.
Of course it helps when your bosses make the news, and much of it has allegedly been known/planned for a while now.
Whatever, it’s mostly fiction anyway. But this storyline development could have long-lasting implications. Braun Strowman will replace John Cena in the 2019 men’s Royal Rumble match. Cena was officially removed from the match due to “injury” earlier today (Jan. 27):

Lots of someones are about to get those hands.
Strowman becomes an instant threat to win and earn a title shot at WrestleMania 35 in April. He was set to face Brock Lesnar for the Universal title on today’s pay-per-view (PPV) until he angered Vince McMahon earlier this month. At the time, a possible explanation for that storyline change was that Braun may not have been cleared following December elbow surgery. He’s definitely been cleared now.
Will he win?
