WWE SmackDown Live ratings (Sept. 18, 2018): Numbers up for Hell in a Cell fallout

WWE.com

Viewership was only up slightly for SmackDown on Sept. 18. The Hell in a Cell fallout episode drew an audience of 2,281,000. That was up a little more than 50K from the previous week’s ‘go home’.

The blue brand was the eighth most watched cable original on the night, trailing MSNBC’s and Fox News’ talking heads as the sexual assault allegation against President Trump’s Supreme Court nomination made for a busy night covering Washington.

WWE’s best news came in the ratings themselves. While SmackDown still trailed FX’s Mayans M.C. for #1, it’s demographic share among 18 - 49 year olds tied its best number since WrestleMania and the Superstar Shake-up with a .78.
