Kurt Angle is the current General Manager of Monday Night Raw, is 49-years-old (50 in December), and has looked rough, relatively speaking, in the few matches he’s had since he’s been back in WWE. Despite all this, he hopes to have another run with the WWE championship before he’s finished wrestling for good.
Or at least that’s what he told a fan in a Facebook Q&A:
“I hope so. That’s up to the powers that be. I’m healthy right now. Ready to go if I get called on.”
Angle, like Matt Hardy, has taken far too many bumps and he may be best served in a role like the one he’s currently in. He’s shown that he can still work, but at the level a champion is expected to wrestle at? That may be too tall an order.
Even if Angle thinks he can pull it off.
Right?
