No official word from WWE yet, but just a little more than three weeks to go before the event itself, the hosts of Hell in a Cell 2018 have updated their version of the card. It’s in line with what you’d expect given current television storylines, and what rumors have been saying would be the top matches in San Antonio on Sun., Sept. 16, so expect the company to confirm most of these shortly.
The only additions AT&T Center’s made to their page which haven’t been made crystal clear on Raw or SmackDown is a rematch between red brand Women’s Champ Ronda Rousey and Alexa Bliss. But given WWE tropes, we all knew Little Miss Bliss would get her contractually obligated rematch at some point. It’s not like General Manager Kurt Angle is around to throw it out or anything...
A Shield bros vs. The Show tag match is also not surprising, but there is some doubt about how Raw would use that ongoing rivalry in light of Seth and Dean inserting themselves into the issues between the Universal Champ and the Money in the Bank briefcase holder.
Here’s the venue’s card:

These two have been confirmed by WWE already:
Samoa Joe vs. AJ Styles (c) for the WWE Championship
Miz and Maryse vs. Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella
These are the ones the AT&T Center is advertising ahead of a company announcement (with the usual card subject to change caveat, of course):
Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler vs. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose
Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton
Ronda Rousey (c) vs. Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women’s Championship
Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns (c) for the Universal Title
