WWE quietly announced some additions and one change to its upcoming Super Show-Down match card scheduled for Sat., Oct. 6, 2018, in Melbourne, Australia.
First, the previously announced John Cena vs. Kevin Owens singles match will now be a tag team bout with Bobby Lashley teaming with Cena and Elias joining forces with Owens.
Elsewhere, Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz has been announced and it actually has some stakes. The winner will earn “a future WWE championship match.”
Finally, The Shield will compete, though it’s unclear if that means they will wrestle a six-man tag or if they will each be in action on the card in separate matches. The implication is that it’s the former, but we’ll just have to stay tuned for that.
Here’s the updated Super Show-Down match card:
- Undertaker vs. Triple H
- Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz
- John Cena & Bobby Lashley vs. Kevin Owens & Elias
- The Shield will compete
