Becky Lynch had some explaining to do.
Appearing on television for the first time since her beatdown of Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam, Lynch didn’t hold back in her promo on SmackDown.
All focus and no smiles, Lynch was still upset that her big opportunity was taken away from her by Flair. Lynch would even go on to blame the WWE fans for the reason she’s fed up with taking a backseat to the rest of women’s locker room.
Despite her best efforts to get a negative reaction from the live crowd, the fans in Brooklyn at the Barclays Center kept on cheering Lynch’s every word.
Hearing enough of Lynch’s explanation, Flair eventually made her way to the top of the ramp, dropped her title and charged the ring looking for a fight.

To heel or not to heel, this was Lynch’s problem during her rant about disrespect and lost opportunities. Even during the pull apart brawl between Lynch and Flair, the crowd still cheered all of The Lass Kicker’s action.
