Chris Jericho has made a handful of WWE appearances this year while wrestling a pair of high profile matches for New Japan and winning their IWGP Intercontinental Title. In a few months, he’ll set sail on his Rock ‘n’ Wrestling Rager at Sea, which will feature a Ring of Honor (ROH) tournament, several ROH vs. Impact Wrestling bouts and one big New Japan star.
This week, the non-stop worker has also been riling up the Twitterati with tweets like these:

Which prompted responses like this from a few likeminded wrestling professionals...

As my man Geno Mrosko pointed out in the Cageside offices, given Y2J’s track record, this probably means he just inked a long-term deal to return to work for Vince McMahon and WWE exclusively. Jericho’s been adamant that even his appearances on shows like Raw 25 and Greatest Royal Rumble were done on a handshake and he hasn’t had a contract with The ‘E since around WrestleMania 33.
Where will the highways, byways or waterways take him next?
Drink in the suspense... of Jericho... maaaaaaaaan.
