WWE Money in the Bank 2018 results: Bobby Lashley kicked Sami Zayn’s butt

Over the past month, WWE has told arguably one of its worst stories, or at the very least said story has featured some really bad angles on television. They’ve included Sami Zayn doing his best to defame Bobby Lashley, accusing him of stolen valor, and even having him run an obstacle course. It’s been painful.

Lashley’s response was to say he was going to kick Sami’s butt.

He got the chance to do so at tonight’s (Sun., June 17, 2018) WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view (PPV) at the Allstate Arena just outside Chicago, Illinois.

He did.

That’s just about all there was to this. Zayn got some early offense but this was way more about showcasing Lashley’s impressive strength and abilities. It was the kind of victory a guy gets on his way to something bigger and better. He won with a vertical suplex, his third in a row.
