The NBA and NHL Playoffs are finally over, meaning Monday Night Raw is no longer facing stiff competition, at least from the sporting world, for a while. This week’s episode drawing 2.73 million viewers, up from last week’s 2.52 million viewers, reflects that.
The hourly breakdown shows most viewers stuck around throughout the show too:
Hour one: 2.75 million
Hour two: 2.81 million
Hour three: 2.62 million
They still aren’t up to 3 million viewers, which they were doing all the way through April, but there’s reason to be optimistic going forward. Money in the Bank is Sunday night and SummerSlam is just around the corner. We could very well be seeing a major changing of the guard along with that too, if reports of Brock Lesnar returning to UFC and dropping the Universal title on the way out are to be believed.
Stay tuned.
