While we may keep track of viewership numbers for each episode of Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live, and those numbers hardly ever seem to fluctuate much, newest reports TV deals with NBCU and FOX make clear that, well, it doesn’t really matter. WWE is going to get paid a lot of money for the rights to broadcast both.
Whether there’s decline or not.
This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw garnered 2.66 million viewers, down from last week’s 2.74 million.
The hourly breakdown:
Hour one: 2.79 million
Hour two: 2.76 million
Hour three: 2.44 million
That third hour is the lowest of the year but, again, it hardly matters. The television landscape is such that they are about to get a substantial increase with these numbers.
