In one of only a few social media posts since he was released by WWE following accusations of rape, Enzo Amore (real name Eric Arndt) has tweeted a letter from his legal counsel indicated authorities in Phoenix have informed him he will not be charged with any crimes in relation to the alleged incident.
The letter also contradicts a previous report which claimed Arndt was aware of the allegations for some time before they became public. It was speculated that a failure to inform WWE before his accuser took her allegations online was one of the reasons the company decided to let him go in the absence of charges.
It closes by saying Arndt is planning a return to the entertainment business.
