Brothers in destruction, brothers in democracy. Last week Kane, Glenn Jacobs, won the Republican primary for Knox County mayor and this week he’s hitting the media circuit to build on his momentum.
Despite Braun Strowman’s best efforts to destroy him in every way possible, Corporate Kane is well on his way to becoming Mayor Kane.
In an new interview with Sports Illustrated, Kane talked about how some words of wisdom from The Undertaker helped him run a successful mayoral campaign.
“Within the world of WWE, Kane and the Undertaker are the Brothers of Destruction, and ’Taker was even willing to share some advice along the campaign trail.
“His advice was to work hard and stay true to what I believe,” said Jacobs. “He was always a great role model of mine. Night in and night out, he gave everything he could for the audience. That’s what I have always done in wrestling.”
Those are some words.
Who could forget the key campaign rally back in March, where The Undertaker and Kane showed up to support Glenn Jacobs? You could cut the political enthusiasm with a knife on that night.
The next stop on Kane’s dive into the world of local government is running versus Democratic primary winner Linda Haney in the August 2 general election.
How will Taker motive Kane this time around? What more can an undead man you really say?
