After waiting for weeks, we finally found out who would join up with Braun Strowman to challenge Cesaro & Sheamus for the Raw tag team titles at tonight’s (Sun., April 8, 2018) WrestleMania 34 pay-per-view (PPV) at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
It was a kid from the audience.
No, really, he found some kid named Nicholas and had him stand on the apron while he “took care of the rest.” The kiddo looked like he was scared. He may have been smiling too, though. Best seat in the house for a title match on the card, after all.
The Bar did some trash talking to him while working over Strowman.
Nicholas actually put his hand out at one point and Braun decided to tag him into the match. He never engaged with Cesaro, though, electing to tag back out. Strowman hit the Running Powerslam and got the pin.
Braun Strowman and Nicholas are the new Raw tag team champions.
