WrestleMania 34 results: Nia Jax wins Raw women’s title from Alexa Bliss

Arguably the most personal match of the night at tonight’s (Sun., April 8, 2018) WrestleMania 34 pay-per-view (PPV) from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana,, Alexa Bliss vs. Nia Jax for the Raw women’s championship, saw the former friends turned bitter enemies battle in a match that featured Jax physically dominating her much smaller foe while Bliss did anything to get the upper hand.

That included a spot where she went after a knee.

At one point, Alexa grabbed the challenger’s face and said “I’m so sorry” before changing faces and reaffirming her garbage beliefs. A DDT only got a two count and a hissy fit before she unleashed a verbal assult accompanied by forearms that.

“Shut the hell up,” Jax exclaimed when she made her comeback.

After beating on her some more, Nia said “I loved you” before taking the champ up to the middle rope and crashing down with the Samoan Drop, scoring the pin and winning the title.
