Right when it was announced that Asuka’s mythical win streak would be on the line in the Mixed Match Challenge tournament it seemed a safe bet she would be a member of the winning team. Sure enough, “The Empress of Tomorrow” and The Miz defeated Charlotte Flair and Bobby Roode in the finals to win $100,000 for their charity, Rescue Dogs Rock.

They deserve it!
No word on if we’ll be getting a second Mixed Match Challenge tournament but this one was a great deal of fun, even if it lost some of its luster by the end. Plus, sending money to charity is always a good thing.
