The Cruiserweight division finally escaped the Kickoff show in Saudi Arabia, but even on the main card of Greatest Royal Rumble in Jeddah on April 27, they weren’t in a prime position.
Cedric Alexander and Kalisto used the division’s time-honored means of grabbing the audience’s attention after John Cena and Triple H captivated the crowd of 60,000 in King Abdullah Sports City Stadium’s attention - an array of high-flying, fast-paced, hard-hitting moves.

Innovative counters were the name of the game. Kalisto popped the crowd with a springboard Spanish Fly from the top rope when Cedric tried to drag him up there for something. And the finish saw Alexander turn the luchador’s finisher into his own, ending their exhibition with a Lumbar Check.
