Yesterday, Zack Ryder tweeted some bad news about his night in St. Louis on Monday - his first week back as a Raw Superstar. Word the former United States and Intercontinental Champion had tweaked his knee had us wondering if Iced Z was snakebit.
Fortunately, Ryder updated us today (April 25). His latest injury is more like Seth Rollins’ second, pre-WrestleMania 33 knee ligament issues and than his previous tears:
Got some good news this morning...MCL/ACL/Calf muscle strains...nothing completely torn...no surgery will be needed. Thanks to everyone who reached out. It’s time for #Raw to get #Zacked!

Not ideal - you have to figure Zack would have been in the 50 man Rumble at Greatest Royal Rumble this week if he hadn’t strained his leg - but better than another surgery and months of rehab.
