Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman were very happy to run a victory lap tonight (Apr. 23) on Raw. In the Universal champion’s first appearance since WrestleMania 34, Heyman was not shy about saying “he told you so”.
While Heyman hyped up his client’s victory to close out WrestleMania 34, he also explained why Lesnar wanted Roman Reigns in a steel cage match. Per Heyman, Lesnar has a fat new contract with the WWE but also still has plans to compete in the UFC. Until Lesnar returns to the Octagon, being locked in a steel cage with Reigns will have to do.
"The odds are stacked against @WWERomanReigns even more so than at #WrestleMania...You are stepping into a cage with the greatest cage-fighter in the history of the #Brocktagon!" - @HeymanHustle #RAW #WWEGRR pic.twitter.com/fOM25NHDtK

Before Heyman got anymore mic time, Roman Reigns made his way down to the ring for a confrontation. Rather than get physical, Reigns stared down Lesnar and told him he’d be taking his title home with him at the Greatest Royal Rumble.
#TheBigDog @WWERomanReigns knows what awaits him at #WWEGRR in Saudi Arabia... but he has NO DOUBT that he will return with the #UniversalTitle in hand! #RAW pic.twitter.com/Pr3pQqu6Hj
