Superstar Shakeup: Samoa Joe moves to SmackDown

@WWE

“Joe is gonna kill you.”

Sin Cara dead.

Even though Samoa Joe already has a match against Roman Reigns booked for Backlash on May 6, 2018, in New Jersey, he was moved over to SmackDown Live as part of the Superstar Shakeup. He immediately becomes a top level talent on a roster that is getting deeper by the second, what with the addition of United States Champion Jeff Hardy earlier in the night.

His first act on the blue brand was to choke out Sin Cara.

Then he grabbed a microphone.

“Well, if it isn’t the land of opportunity. But you see to me this place seems more like the land of handouts. Cause by my mere absence, this place and everybody on that roster has had it easy. SmackDown Live has been coddled, has been catered to, and worst of all, everybody here has been convinced that they are better than they are. Well ... that all changes. I’m here now and I get all the opportunities. I will have the opportunity to put to sleep your beloved Daniel Bryan. I will be the man that de-fangs The Viper, Randy Orton. And I will emasculate and decimate AJ Styles. And if any of you are non-believers, look no further than what I’ll do in Saudi Arabia and in Backlash.”

Hot damn, this is going to be fun.
