This week’s “why wasn’t this on television?” comes to us from the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field and reigning Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal winner Mojo Rawley.
The former defensive lineman revisited the legendary home of the NFL’s Green Bay Packers, one of two teams who signed him during his brief pro career. Mojo reflects on how he had a “minimalistic of opportunites” to make the team, shot his shot and got a contract. He compares it to his current place in WWE, wondering if he needs to “do something reckless” to get back on SmackDown, maybe even make a “‘mistake’” to get on the company’s radar.
Grammar quirks aside, it’s a hell of a promo from a guy who’s proven he can deliver really good interviews - even if most of them have been online exclusives like this one.
So, check it out and let us know if you think serious, mellow Mojo should get some screen time as we come up on the one year anniversary of his big WrestleMania win.
And, Mojo, if this is the “reckless” move you were considering?
I don’t get to see @AlexaBliss_WWE often, but when I do, I creep on her. pic.twitter.com/Pko597W73Z

It’s definitely a “‘mistake’”.
