WWE Hall of Famer, politician and ‘Apprentice’ host undergoes heart surgery

Multiple outlets have confirmed a story, which WWE.com picked up from TMZ, that actor, former Governor of California and playable character in WWE 2K16 Arnold Schwarzenegger underwent heart surgery recently.

Contrary to the TMZ report however, the WWE Hall of Famer’s spokesperson says it was not an emergency procedure, but something which had been planned for the 70 year old who first had a valve replaced back in 1997 due to a congenital defect.

The chief of staff for Schwarzenegger’s production company issued the following statement:

Seems like all is well after some scary-sounding initial reports. Get well soon, Arnold!
