Not only did Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman open this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw, they came bearing news. One week after Lesnar beat a suspended Roman Reigns to a pulp, Heyman broke two news items regarding his client’s WrestleMania 34 opponent.
Per Heyman, Reigns’ suspension from the WWE has been lifted. Lesnar’s second news bulletin was that Reigns would not be appearing at Raw in Cleveland, Ohio tonight.
There was only one problem — as Heyman was coming to the end of his promo, none other than Roman Reigns appeared from the crowd.
One Reigns made his way through the crowd, both heavyweights charged at each other. Reigns got the better of the early exchanges but last week’s injury eventually wore on The Big Dog.
.@HeymanHustle and @BrockLesnar don't think @WWERomanReigns is MAN ENOUGH to show up on #RAW... well, he's here and he's MAN ENOUGH to do THIS! #WrestleMania pic.twitter.com/bchLI7hAkN

After some steel chair shots connected with The Beast Incarnate, he ducked a wild swing from Reigns and planted him with a belly-to-belly suplex outside the ring. Mimicking the attack from seven days ago, Lesnar beat Reigns from pillar to post.
The Universal Champion’s weapon of choice was the steel steps, with the occasional chair shot worked in for good measure. Lesnar walked away from the broken body of Reigns but returned to deliver another F-5 onto the steel steps.
