This is noteworthy for the timing of the interview.
WWE just recently acknowledged that they are talking to Hulk Hogan again and reports indicate his return is not that far off, despite some, like Mark Henry, coming right out and saying they aren’t ready for it yet. This also comes after Fabulous Moolah’s name was removed from the WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal because of fan/sponsor backlash due to abhorrent behavior during her lifetime.
Tyson was convicted of rape in 1992 and served three years in prison for it.
It’s fair, then, to wonder what standards WWE uses to determine who the company promotes, and when they promote them.
