Nikki Bella has wrestled just twice in the past year or so, teaming with her fiance, John Cena, at WrestleMania 33, and working the first ever women’s Royal Rumble. She was back to team with Cena again at the WWE house show at Madison Square Garden this weekend and, as you can see in the video above, she was ecstatic for it.
That’s just good to see.
Beyond that, she looked damn good in the short amount of time we actually get to see her wrestling. She’s taken time off to deal with lingering neck issues, as well as focus on outside projects with her sister Brie, but it’s clear she’s still got it.
Or never lost it.
And while her health comes first, of course, this video sure looks like proof — to me, at least — that we need to see more “Nena” in a WWE ring.
