This is the biggest match WWE can make in its women’s division. Tonight (Mar. 13) on SmackDown, Asuka made her debut on the blue brand and she did not disappoint.
In a promo battle with SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair, Asuka more than held her own.

BOTH are ready for #WrestleMania, but are they ready to face EACH OTHER on The #GrandestStageOfThemAll? #SDLive @WWEAsuka @MsCharlotteWWE pic.twitter.com/E9O8H99gmq
On paper, Flair and Asuka have the potential to give fans the best feud heading into WrestleMania 34. Our own Cain A. Knight and Stef Hatala even made the argument that Asuka vs. Flair should headline WWE’s biggest event of the year.
The WrestleMania 34 pay-per-view (PPV) is set for Sun., April 8, 2018, at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, New Orleans, Louisiana.
How did Asuka do in her first appearance on SmackDown?
