The leader of the Riott Squad, Ruby Riott, got her shot at Charlotte Flair and the SmackDown women’s championship at tonight’s (Sun., Mar. 11, 2018) at the Fastlane pay-per-view (PPV) at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. When she first entered, she didn’t have Liv Morgan or Sarah Logan by her side.
They showed up just a few minutes into the match, providing a quick distraction that didn’t end up going anywhere. They did a spot where Riott acted like she had something in her eye and the Squad was going to use the distraction to attack but Becky Lynch and Naomi ran out to even the playing field.
Later, they actually managed to work it to where the babyface duo got tossed and while that was happening, the Riott Squad got some free shots in on Charlotte. Naturally, they were also ejected right after.
So, of course, Charlotte hit a Spear and followed that up with Figure Eight. Riott wasted no time tapping out.
After, Asuka showed up.
