Matt Hardy tweeted a picture with Anthem exec/Impact Wrestling president Ed Nordholm signalling the end of the fight. Reporting from PWInsider and others revealed the backstory - the Owl Men had given up their claim to the “Broken” intellectual property Hardy and others developed while he was contracted to Impact, including trademark claims, as part of a strategic company decision to be a more talent-friendly promotion.
Now, Matt’s wife Reby - who publicly led the fight against Anthem - has declared those trademarks belong to the Hardys:
TMs I filed last year are officially safe. Glad that's over. I promised I'd always fight for you & I did. Always will. Congrats, #BROKEN @MATTHARDYBRAND

All’s well that ends well, I suppose.
Now we wait and see if Matt, Jeff and the rest of House Hardy use the “B” word in WWE, or stick with being “Woken” and keep their trademark for possible future use in other feds.
