WWE Elimination Chamber 2018 match card, rumors

WWE.com

The next pay-per-view (PPV) on the WWE schedule is the Elimination Chamber event set to take place on Sun., Feb. 25, 2018, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. This is Raw’s one major stop on the Road to WrestleMania 34. And with Royal Rumble winner Shinsuke Nakamura opting to chase his own brand’s top prize, a Chamber match will determine who faces Brock Lesnar for the Universal title at The Showcase of the Immortals. And this year, for the first time ever, six women will be set loose in a Chamber match of their own!

We’re just two weeks away from the gates opening in the City of Brotherly Love and it looks like we have the complete card.

  • Elimination Chamber (Men)

Qualified so far: John Cena, Braun Strowman, Elias

Tomorrow night, Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt battle for the fourth spot. It’ll be interesting to see who takes the final two spots with a banged up roster and the rest of the card to fill out.

  • Elimination Chamber (Women)

Alexa Bliss will defend her title against five women. None have been officially announced, but you can read about one rumored line-up here.

That’s we officially know about.

Provided the champions don’t end up in the men’s Chamber, The Miz and The Bar could defend their respective titles.

Finn Bálor is out of the running for a Universal title shot and rumors have said he might be in line for a feud over The A-Lister’s Intercontinental strap. And Cesaro and Sheamus have been beefing with Titus Worldwide, and could put their tag belts on the line against Titus O’Neil and Apollo Crews (because there aren’t really any other face teams on Raw, unless they’re going to give Heath Slater and Rhyno a championship opportunity).

Matt Hardy already lost his Chamber qualifier thanks to Bray, so the next chapter in their rivalry seems likely.

It’s going to be all hands on deck for the women, just about, and it’s not even clear if the Cruiserweights are still affiliated with the red brand now that 205 Live hired DRAKE MAVERICK, so Creative may have to get... creative... filling this one out.
