Braun Strowman made history at Elimination Chamber

Sadly, while Braun Strowman didn’t rip out a pod and use it to bludgeon Miz, or lift the entire structure to shake Elias to the floor, or... you know... win the Men’s Elimination Chamber match at the pay-per-view (PPV) of the same name on Feb. 25, at least he set a record.

The Monster Among Men eliminated The Miz, Elias, John Cena, Finn Bálor and Seth Rollins, meaning he now stands as the wrestler with the most pins/submissions in a single Chamber match. The previous record was three, held by Goldberg (at SummerSlam, 2003) Carlito (New Year’s Revolution in 2006) and Undertaker (No Way Out, 2008).

Of course, Strowman’s record comes with a bittersweet lining, as he’s the first person who could have possibly eliminated five challengers and still lost the match, seeing as the 2018 men’s Chamber was the first one to ever include seven competitors.

Still... HISTORY. What will it lead to for Braun at WrestleMania? We’ll start finding out on Raw tonight.
