According to PWInsider, Ronda Rousey is done filming Mile 22 in Colombia and was busy with WWE this week. Ahead of her “contract signing” at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view (PPV) in Paradise, Nevada this Sunday (Feb. 25), Rousey was said to be training at The Performance Center in Orlando on Monday and Tuesday, and at the company’s Stamford, Connecticut headquarters on Wednesday.
In addition to the clip of Rowdy working out in the squared circle which was shown on the Feb. 19 episode of Raw, there’s also footage of the former UFC bantamweight champion working on her pro wrestling moves with NXT Superstar Shayna Baszler and others which has been making the rounds - including getting picked up by USA Today’s “For The Win” blog.

Only issue with that is, the footage is from around the time when Ronda still was holding a UFC belt, e.g. several years ago.
The good news is, Rousey turns in a solid performance in the clip! And with Wrestling Observer Radio’s Dave Meltzer (and others) speculating WWE ran the footage on Monday in an attempt to counteract fan “resentment” caused by the perception she’s not committed to her new career - as Meltzer said, “I can see with this footage they were really trying to make sure she didn’t get booed as much as they can... there is nothing that makes you like someone, in theory, than watching them train their @$$ off at your thing” - it may work in Ronda and The ‘E’s favor, even if they didn’t “leak” it from this week’s sessions at The PC.
Will it matter? We’ll find out in a couple of days.
