The curious case of Dolph Ziggler took another hard right run tonight (Feb. 20) on SmackDown. One week after he won his way into the Fastlane main event by defeating Sami Zayn, The Showoff opened SmackDown tonight versus a angry Kevin Owens.
With neither man in position to take a loss, Owens came out the more aggressive man.

Can @FightOwensFight do what @SamiZayn failed to do last week on #SDLive and DEFEAT @HEELZiggler tonight? pic.twitter.com/MB6LbswUt6

Ziggler was able to reverse momentum off a nasty sleep hold attempt that saw both men tumble to the outside right through the middle rope. Looking to put KO away, Ziggler reversed a pop-up powerbomb right into a Zig-Zag but it only scored a long two count.
Off a Sami Zayn distraction, Kevin Owens lit up the skull of Ziggler with a nasty super kick for the 1-2-3.
The Fastlane pay-per-view (PPV) takes place on Sun., Mar. 11, 2018, at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.
Even KO looked surprised, so are Owens and Zayn back together? Can friendship fences be mended before Fastlane?
