SmackDown tried to open Tuesday’s (Feb. 13) episode with a match but failed. Thanks to the plan of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, the blue brand opened with them beating down two separate superstars.
First, Baron Corbin got a brutal attack in the backstage area. To his credit after the initial jumping, he asked if they were done then Zayn and Owens left him knocked out on the arena pavement.
It seems @FightOwensFight & @SamiZayn have TARGETED @BaronCorbinWWE & @HEELZiggler to kick off #SDLive tonight! pic.twitter.com/nHiO8Y50vp

While Corbin’s beat down was occurring Dolph Ziggler stood in the center of the ring and waited. When Zayn and Owens made their way out from the back, they circled and systematically put the boots to Ziggler.

Not giving up hope for a fair one on one match, as Owens and Zayn walked up the ramp, Corbin popped up again only to get beaten again.
An attack from The #LoneWolf proves futile as @FightOwensFight and @SamiZayn use pack mentality to keep @BaronCorbinWWE down. #SDLive pic.twitter.com/bRyVaI7dJ5

So much for the main event of Fastlane going from a triple threat into a fatal-four-way.
Will Baron Corbin and Dolph Ziggler get their revenge later tonight on SmackDown? Also, are Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn back to being best friends again?
