Wow, so that’s how Drew McIntyre takes his first pinfall since returning to the main roster?
On what was dubbed ‘Drew McIntyre Appreciation Night’ by Raw acting General Manager Baron Corbin, the Scottish Psychopath was pinned in the ring by his former friend Dolph Ziggler.
Tonight (Dec. 3) turned out to be the night WWE pulled the trigger on breaking up McIntyre and Ziggler. It began when Ziggler noticed he was not shown or mentioned in a highlight package meant to hype up ‘Drew McIntyre Appreciation Night’.
When Ziggler came out to confront McIntyre, the Scotsman grabbed his friend’s heart and shattered it to pieces.

A match between Ziggler and McIntyre was booked and mostly featured the Showoff getting dominated. After a lengthy match, McIntyre’s TLC opponent Finn Balor came out to interfere.
Balor laid out McIntyre outside of the ring. McIntyre barely beat the count back into the ring and when he rolled in he was met with super-kick. The chin check by Ziggler was enough for the 1-2-3 pinfall victory.

How will Finn Balor fit into what has become a quick break-up feud between Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler?
