Brock Lesnar vs. Braun Strowman official for Royal Rumble

If you’re anything like me, you’re absurdly excited that the final WWE event of 2018 is now in the books and we can start looking forward to the first event of 2019: Royal Rumble.

To that end, and after the events of TLC, we know at least one of the non-Royal Rumble matches that will take place at said show: Brock Lesnar will defend the Universal championship against Braun Strowman on Sun., Jan. 27, 2019, at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona.

Strowman’s elbow injury wasn’t healed enough to wrestle Corbin in an actual match, with WWE having to use other wrestlers as a way to book around it, but it’s expected he’ll be good to go in plenty of time to wrestle Lesnar. He has over a month to get ready.
