Well this could change everything.
According to a new report from PW Insider, WWE Hall of Famer and former Raw General Manger Kurt Angle is slated to be at next Monday’s (Dec. 17) Raw taping in Sacramento, California.
For fans of Baron Corbin this is not good news. For fans who can’t stand another heel authority figure running Monday night Raw this may be good news.
At TLC Corbin is scheduled to face Braun Strowman in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match. If Strowman wins, he will receive a Universal Championship match at the Royal Rumble and Corbin will be stripped of all authoritative power. If Corbin wins, he will become the full-time general manager of Raw.
The TLC pay-per-view (PPV) takes place on Sun., Dec. 16, 2018, at the SAP Center in San Jose, California.
So if Raw’s previous GM is showing up the night after Corbin wrestles Strowman, this may not be the best sign for the Constable.
The 50-year-old Angle last appeared on the Nov. 5th episode of Raw, where Drew McIntyre dominated him. The Scottish Psychopath even made Angle tap out from his own Angle Lock and basically embarrassed the Olympic Hero.
Can Kurt Angle right the ship and help Raw bounce back from its streak of lackluster episodes?
