The brand’s men’s titleholder is setting records every day and NXT UK just finally got around to airing the crowning of their women’s champ.
Time for new belts...
With an assist from General Manager Johnny Saint and his new assistant Sid Scala, Triple H unveiled the NXT UK Tag Team championship on the latest double-header on WWE Network today (Dec. 12).
No concrete plans for handing these bad boys out yet. Hunter tasked a division consisting of squads like former NXT Tag champs Moustache Mountain (Trent Seven & Tyler Bate), Grizzled Young Veterans (Zack Gibson & James Drake), Mark Andrews & Flash Morgan Webster, Amir Jordan & Kenny Williams and The Coffey Brothers (Mark & Joe, who could also freebird the straps with their Gallus faction-mate Wolfgang) with “impressing” Saint over the coming weeks.
