Ice Ice Sheam-y gets the Vanilla Ice seal of approval

Who won the latest tag team rap battle on SmackDown? According to New Day, The Bar’s performance earned them a score of [trash can]. But I’m not so sure. While Jimmy & Jey Uso stuck with their usual flow, Cesaro & Sheamus went outside their comfort zone and really committed to being... bad, culturally-appropriating rappers.

Although, maybe they weren’t appropriating anyone else’s culture, since they were just parodying someone who already did? We’ll leave that debate for sociology majors and Twitter.

What we can tell you is there was one person who appreciated The Bar’s flow, and that’s the man who inspired it:

Wait, is the home improvement icon co-signing WWE’s claim this is better than his chart-topping 1989 hit? I mean, many would also say “Ice Ice Baby” is “so bad it’s awesome”.

Man, SmackDown has such a complicated place in hip-hop history...
