The Survivor Series pre-show didn’t count for WWE’s behind the scenes video, either

The above “Day of” video from WWE takes you behind the scenes of Survivor Series last Sunday (Nov. 18). It doesn’t shed any new light on what was a strange-but-good pay-per-view (PPV) event, but it’s still very cool. With the usual top notch production from the company, we get glimpses of participants in each of the matches from the card that went down at Staples Center in Los Angeles last weekend as they’re getting ready to go through gorilla to perform.

All the matches except one.

It seems even here, we’re sticking to the company line that the Kickoff match won by The Usos for SmackDown didn’t count.

Honestly, this is just a smart-alec-y way to turn you on to a cool video. I don’t know if the pre-show usually makes the cut for these videos (none of the three matches from SummerSlam did, but that was as far as I looked).

Still can’t believe they screwed up the sweep storyline, though...
