Geno here. Let us do this.

We begin with a reminder that whoever wins this thing earns entry 30 in their respective Royal Rumble matches, and an all expenses paid trip to wherever they want to go.

Team Pawz vs. Mahalicia

The Singh Brothers were complaining at Alicia Fox about being injured. Jinder Mahal tried to play peacekeeper. Crowd responded really well to Bobby Roode’s entrance.

As Nattie and Foxy were getting after it, Cole was informing us that the playoffs are next week and this is sudden death here. Fox was in control of the match. Meanwhile, they went backstage to show us R-Truth trying to leave for Thanksgiving and Carmella reminding him they have a match and he needs to get ready.

Jinder spent his time on the apron coaching his teammate. It worked until it didn’t.

The Singh Brothers got involved to save Mahal from a Glorious DDT and, eventually, open the door for Mahal to hit his finish on Bobby to get the pinfall. They advance to the playoffs with the win and Team Pawz is officially out.

They showed a bracket for the remainder of the tournament, which is what they’re calling the playoffs. The winners of these matchups are the four seed on each side of the bracket, with the records from the round robin portion deciding the rest of the seeding.

They also revealed Braun Strowman is out of the Mixed Match Challenge thanks to his elbow injury and a replacement will be named next week.

Fabulous Truth vs. Ravishing Rusev Day

Before the match got started, both teams were competing for loudest chants. “What’s up” vs. “Rusev Day.” At one point the fans just gave up and started asking for a dance break. Rusev wanted no part of it, though, and rolled out of the ring with their hands up.

Truth and Lana went for it so, of course, Rusev and Lana attacked them from behind. Lana actually tried a cover but got a one count.

Lana worked a sleeper and Carmella got out by standing up and hitting a facebreaker. Before Carmella could crawl over to make the tag, Rusev ran over and ripped Truth’s legs out from under him. Then he ran back to the apron, was tagged in, and ran back around to throw Truth in to kick him while he was down.

The heels were in control until Truth fought back on Rusev. Lana kicked him in the head but when she climbed back in the ring, Carmella did the same to her and got the pin off that.

The dancing duo is headed to the postseason, where they’ll get a match against Charlotte Flair and Jeff Hardy, who is permanently replacing AJ Styles, it seems.

Next week will feature B’n’B vs. Country Dominance and Ember Moon and her new partner against Mahalicia.

See you next week.
