Hopefully their streaming line-up did better for WWE this week, because their television numbers stayed lousy on Wednesday night.
After Raw and SmackDown both delivered disappointing audiences and ratings on Mon., Oct. 1 and Tues., Oct. 2, Total Divas continued the trend on Oct. 3. The E! reality series had the smallest number of viewers in its history on Oct. 3, with 23K fewer people tuning in than the week before - which at the time was the smallest viewership in series history.
There was some less horrible news to go along with those 367,000 viewers. At .17, Total Divas share of the 18 - 49 year old demographic stayed the same as it was on Sept. 26.
It was the kind of week where any number not falling was a win.
Will anything turn things around for Paige, Natty, Lana, Noami, Nikki, Brie and the whole crew, or is season eight a lost cause?
