WWE has been blitzing its YouTube channel with content promoting the Evolution pay-per-view scheduled for later on this evening from NYCB Live in Uniondale, New York, and we’ve compiled a playlist of much of that content:

I’ve written poetry my whole life. It’s my escape and my diary. It helps me release so many emotions. In a Total Divas episode coming up, Brie helped me become brave by sharing a poem with my cast mates for the first time. The other day for Kara Ross had asked me to write a poem about Evolution. So much I wanted to write, with such little time. I want to share my poem with all of you. Today is such a historic day for women in wrestling. It’s hard to explain in words every emotion. I hope you all tune in tonight to watch Evolution and support the women! ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♀️ “As I take a look at my path to Evolution, Staring down a road of so many women and dreams. Dreams of equality and change, Broken women fighting to be heard with their screams. Their screams of their voice that feels muted, Feeling the only way they can be heard is through their moves. Their moves that get taken away for sexual objectification, Their athletic ability and talent becoming removed. They all knew they meant more, Deep down they all knew their worth and wow. They fought for us women that were little girls with aspirations, And we fought for the women of the future and now. We all fought for each other, United we all stand. A stand to make that change in our wrestling world, A stand that had a plan. A plan for more for us women, That one day we will be equal to the men. That our voices will be heard, And fighting wrestling women we get to be again. That day has come so let us rejoice! For it’s the first ever all women’s pay-per-view! Where history and change will be made, And forever we will be equal and renew. I look back down that path of Evolution, Tears of happiness start to pour down my face, As I see all the past women holding hands and smiling, Knowing their hard work had meaning and took women to that equal place.” #evolution
