Aiden English turned on Rusev and Lana by using some edited footage trying to drive a wedge between the two. It didn’t work, of course, so the former cost the latter a spot in the WWE World Cup early next month in Saudi Arabia.
Naturally, that leads us to the two squaring off in a match, which WWE reports is scheduled for next week’s episode of SmackDown Live.
They promoted it by saying Rusev is out for payback, which got this response from English:
HE is out for payback? This is a joke right? https://t.co/tWfbtZd0uU

Considering pay-per-views are dual branded, this feud will likely end on SmackDown Live, and this could be it.
