Dolph Ziggler’s impressive Royal Rumble streak is in jeopardy

When The Show-Off walked away from the SmackDown ring, he may have left more than just his United States championship behind.

As our numbers guru Cain A. Knight did some research, he realized that Dolph Ziggler might also be ending his streak of consecutive Royal Rumble match appearances. Ziggler has been a staple of the event, along with Kofi Kingston, for the past nine years. That’s one of the longest in history, and it could be wrapping up with this storyline and leaving The New Day’s old head with the best chance of reaching Kane’s all-time record.

Check out the video Cain put together with Stephanie Hatala to address this potentially historic development.
