Above is the interview Rey Mysterio gave after his big return in the Royal Rumble match tonight (Sun., Jan. 28, 2018) at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In it, he doesn’t give any indication on his future with WWE, if there will be one:
“It’s incredible. It’s been almost three years since I’ve heard that WWE fan reaction and to be honest with you, a lot of people say it’s luck and a lot of people say it’s awesome to hear that but I’ll tell you, I’m truly blessed. I’m truly blessed to come back and realize the fans don’t forget about you, and not only the fans but the WWE family. This is a universal reaction and it feels good, it feels great.”
Over at PW Insider, it’s being reported his appearance was put together just over the last week and as of right now it was just a one time thing. That doesn’t mean it won’t turn into something more but for now that’s apparently not the case.
