Vince McMahon will hold a special press conference today (Thurs., Jan. 25, 201) in Las Vegas, Nevada, to make a “major sports announcement” regarding his new venture, Alpha Entertainment. It is expected to be the formation of a new football league - another attempt at the venture McMahon undertook in 2001 when he partnered with NBC on the XFL.
