Complete list of Legends scheduled to return for WWE Raw 25

WWE may have a surprise or two up its sleeve for this week’s special episode of Monday Night Raw, what they’re calling “Raw 25,” but the company decided the more effective way to promote the big show was to gradually announce more and more returning Legends over the past few weeks. As of today, just one day out from the show, here is the complete list:

Some major names who are missing having explained why they won’t be there, like Mick Foley (who didn’t feel he should be there for the sake of his firing storyline) and Bret Hart (who had a previous engagement). Other names like Batista and The Rock could act as surprises or simply check in via satellite.
