Jim Ross says charges dismissed for driver involved in wife’s death

According to WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross, the judicial case involving the death of his wife Jan Ross has come to an end.

Last March, Jan Ross was struck by a car while riding her Vespa to their near-by gym. She was not wearing a helmet and suffered a fractured skull due to the accident.

Jan Ross would pass away one day after the accident.

Today (Jan. 18) an Oklahoma judge dismissed the vehicular homicide charges against the driver involved in the accident.

Jan Ross was 55-years-old.

Jim Ross is still scheduled to reunite with broadcast partner Jerry Lawler at Raw 25. The Attitude Era duo is set to do all the commentary from the Manhattan Center portion of the USA network broadcast.
