According to WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross, the judicial case involving the death of his wife Jan Ross has come to an end.
Last March, Jan Ross was struck by a car while riding her Vespa to their near-by gym. She was not wearing a helmet and suffered a fractured skull due to the accident.
Jan Ross would pass away one day after the accident.
Today (Jan. 18) an Oklahoma judge dismissed the vehicular homicide charges against the driver involved in the accident.
This morning norman judge Steven Stice felt compelled to dismiss vehicular homicide charge against the 17 year old in my wife Jan’s death. The state objected to no avail.
